The Assam Non-Government Educational Institution (Regulations and Management Act, 2006) was
enacted with view to regulate the establishments and management of non-government educational
institutions in the state of Assam. But in the said regulation no provisions incorporated for fixation of
the fees for the non-government educational institutions. Therefore, the government of Assam has
enacted the Assam non-govt. Educational institutions (regulation of Fees Act 2018) read with The
Assam Non-Government Educational institutions Regulations of Fees Amendment Act, 2020.

We enable the institutions to avail the following services fro the portal :
• Applying for Exemption certificate.
• Applying for Fixation of Fees.
• Applying for Revision certificate.
• Also the general users will be able to know fee of the institutions from the portal.
Terms and Conditions
The visitor or customers herein after referred to as “buyer” alias “you” may avail the benefits by
registering in the portal. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct
for communications related to success of your payments through the portal. By registration you are

Comments. You agree that any Comments submitted by you to the Site will not violate this policy or
any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary
right(s), and will not cause injury to any person or entity. You further agree that no Comments
submitted by you to the Website will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, threatening,
abusive or obscene material, or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial
solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of "spam". FRC Assam reserve the right (but
not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any Comments submitted to the Site.
This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The
Courts at Guwahati shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this
agreement. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User
Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred To FRC , Assam and his
decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in
accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The
arbitration shall be held in Guwahati. The High Court of judicature at Guwahati alone shall have the
jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.
Fee Details shall be notified by the Education Dept, Govt of Assam.
